Empowering Women, One Kick at a Time: Project "KANAL" Takes Flight
One Step Fitness Studio is thrilled to announce its participation in a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering women and girls in our community: Project "KANAL." Launched by Thrikkakara MLA Smt. Uma Thomas, KANAL is a free self-defense workshop focusing on taekwondo, designed to equip women with the physical and mental strength they need to navigate the world with confidence.
In a society where self-defense is becoming increasingly crucial, KANAL offers a vital service. This project goes beyond mere physical techniques; it fosters mental resilience, boosts self-esteem, and empowers women to take control of their safety. The program is open to all girl students and women seeking to enhance their sense of security and well-being.
Leading this impactful training is none other than International Taekwondo Player Master Eldhose P. Aby, along with the dedicated team from One Step Fitness Studio. Their expertise and passion for taekwondo are invaluable in delivering high-quality instruction and creating a supportive learning environment for all participants.
With over 1000 participants expected to join, KANAL promises to make a significant impact on our community. This overwhelming response underscores the pressing need for such initiatives and the community's eagerness to embrace them.
At One Step Fitness Studio, we believe in the power of taekwondo to transform lives. We are proud to be a part of Project KANAL and to contribute to the empowerment of women in our community. This project is a testament to our commitment to not just physical fitness, but also to the overall well-being and empowerment of individuals.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Smt. Uma Thomas for launching this essential project and for her dedication to the Thrikkakara community. We are honored to collaborate with her and all the participants in making KANAL a resounding success.
Stay tuned for more updates on Project KANAL and its progress! We encourage everyone to support this vital initiative and help spread the word about this opportunity for women's empowerment.
