One Step specializes in delivering high-quality Taekwondo training, Yoga, and Zumba training across Kerala. Most people are unaware of the benefits of taking courses in Taekwondo, a martial art first developed in Korea that emphasizes head-height kicks, spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques with kicks and strikes above waist height.

The martial art form of Taekwondo was developed by Korean martial artists with experience in martial arts like karate and other Chinese arts. Taekwondo is one of the best martial arts forms that can help instill discipline and cultivate character, as early as their school days. A popular high-intensity cardiovascular workout routine, Zumba has its roots in Latin dance but evolved into a fitness regimen for all ages and genders. Taekwondo, Zumba, and Yoga are among One Step key fitness regimens.

Our official Zumba instructors at One Step are well-trained through the Zumba Academy, with certification options including water-based exercises, steps, basic Zumba, and Zumba specifically designed for older adults or beginners in those fields. Fitness regimes like Taekwondo, which is a Korean mixed martial art, Zumba, which involves dancing to music to achieve a specific health purpose, and Yoga, which eases stress and anxiety, are three key activities that contribute to the perfect health-workout balance and lifestyle and that’s exactly what One Step aims at delivering, at the finest!
